Central production

The basis for smooth processes is a reliable production! We can guarantee this with our european shareholder Mouse – PS in Sofia (Bulgaria) with more than 25,000 m² of production space and over 350 employees. With it we have one of the most modern and efficient production facilities for visual communication in Europe at our side. We produce our indoor and outdoor advertising exclusively in our production facility in Sofia. Certified several times by the German TüV, we guarantee a high, consistent quality standard.

Planning

For the project planning of your wishes our range of services already begins if desired by referring you to an advertising agency. This ensures optimal planning of your appearance.

We are happy to accompany your project ensuring that the implementation is in line with the available budget. In doing so we always remain in close coordination with you.

In the further course of the project whether it is an advertising system, product presentation, store fittings or advertising media we first develop our approach to the solution. In doing so we use the latest CAD technology and integrate an experienced team of engineers.

Rollout

Once your requirements have been met prototype production and a precisely timed rollout follow. We also have strong logistics and service partners in this area.

Metal processing

Aluminum and steel processing
With our modern machinery we can process steel and aluminum efficiently. We can respond individually to your wishes since everything is manufactured from one source.

Powder coating
At the end of 2013 the in-house powder coating plant was completed. This is based on the latest technologies of the company Chemetal GmbH. The plant meets the high-performance, high coating standards of the automotive industry and Qualicoat powder coating. QUALICOAT guarantees customers, planners, builders as well as metal and facade constructors a consistent coating quality and know-how at the highest level.

Versatile product portfolio
Our own aluminum profiles for the production of (LED) snap frames, textile printing frames, banners and various other advertising media are also part of our product range.
Whether in digital printing or screen printing. We have the right solution for almost any print product.

Plastics processing

Plastics such as PMMA and PS are extruded at the Sofia plant. Color and format can therefore be tailored to your needs allowing optimal use of resources and reducing procurement time even at this early stage of production.

Thermal forming (thermoforming), laser and CNC machining up to 4 x 2 m sheet size, screen printing or digital UV sheet printing, bending and gluing. All these areas are covered in-house, allowing an efficient solution to your requirement.
